    ok, i figured out how to import the data....now my question is can i create a macro in outlook to automate the import process? i need to have a macro that will delete all items on a calendar and then re-import a .csv file.....? thanks!

    svchost.exe

    We have a system that hangs when opening Outlook and when I look in Task Manager, the CPU usage is at 100% and the svchost.exe process is around 98%--I have not been able to figure out the Outlook hanging issue, so is it normal for this process to be 98%? Or is that the hang issue? Thanks!
