I sure want to thank you Marty5261. I had the paper select on auto. and it selected transparency, I guess, because now I've selected lower tray (duplex unit), and it works great.- jodene

Hello, I hope someone can give me an idea as to what to try next. My printer kept jamming, and giving me the same error 33. I changed the clutch (second transfer roller), and now it prints, but at a very slow speed, and the quality of print leaves something to be desired. If I print a...- jodene
