Well, I finally got it to work. I uninstalled everything. Manually removed all related folders and registry entries and reinstalled. Works like a champ.

I have read numerous newgroup postings suggsesting that the SDK was a free download from Seagate at one time. SI7 is no longer supported and I have had no luck finding it. Does anyone know where I can get a copy at this point?
