scriverb, Thank you for your reply. I created the report in design view from scratch adding each control individually. The issue is not the print function but the way my report is displayed. It displays one record but when you click on the next navigation button, it displays a blank page, then...- roman33

I am new to Access and having problems with my report. I have a report that is attached to a form and is populated with data from a table that is bound to the form also.
