Transform file fails with MSI

Transform file fails with MSI
On a WinXP Pro device the MST file fails to install Outlook 2003. I fails with the message "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components". The installation works when performed manually. Has anyone seen, or come up with a solution for this issue? Thanks, Foamfollower- Foamfollower

NETDIAG.EXE Entry Point Not Found
When NETDIAG.EXE is run on a Windows XP Professional device with SP1a installed it consistently returns the error “NETDIAG.EXE – Entry Point Not Found” dialog box. The error being “The procedure entry point DnsGetPrimaryDomainName_UTF8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DNSAPI.dll”...- Foamfollower
