    My fix was to adjust the properties of the detail line of the report to a "No" for "Keep Together". Try that.

    Yes, 2 of the 4 fields in the query are memo fields! I checked some of the dates in questions and they have a lot of characters in them. Any suggestions?

    And by the way, I checked every date in 2004. The dates that hang up are 6/10/2004, 9/9, 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 8/6, 8/25, 8/30 and 2/19. The date field is a Date/Time datatype so there could not be invalid date formats in the field.

    Unfortunately, neither methods worked. I also tried to "analyze" the table performance and the wizard added an index to the date field. That did not help either. There are only 2400 records in the .mdb. I also tried importing the database to a new database on my hard drive instead of the server...
