All the ports say idle except for my extension. It says busy. This is what it reads: P0101:221. I have three options: Device, B2, state. When I choose state, it says busy. I'm assuming that is because 221 is my extension.

Feature 982 only says "inactive feature." I need to at least get the old voicemail system back online. Could the flash have been erased due to the outage?
