want to transfer software from old hdd to new hdd
Unless you know the ALL registry entries for the program and if you copy the files across then it should work; but finding EVERY entry is a pain!- tycooneden

Another unformatting hard drive question
I ran CHKDSK on my C: (from a CD) and it kinda said all the files were corrupt and started deleting them all. (under removing or fixing indexes), then it said something about restoring orphaned files and before I knew it my hard drive was "blank". Does anyone know of a way I can get ALL of the...- tycooneden
