I Figured it out Date of Service By Quarter: Format$(Service.[Date of Service],'"Quarter "q yyyy')

I have this in criteria in my Querry"Date of Service By Quarter: Format$(Service.[DateofService],'q"Quarter "yyyy') it reports as 3 Quarter 2004 at one time i had it report Quarter 3 2004 but i cant remember how i did it any help would be great!

I have this as a field in my query Date of Service By Quarter: Format$(Service.[Date of Service],'"Quarter "q yyyy')where q gives a number 1-4 is there any way to have it report 1st 2nd 3nd 4th as in 2nd Quarter 2004

I get what you are saying about the use of a combo box but Would that would bring up every date of service all 6897 of them I have them entered in the table in short date format and then i use a query to group them into quarters

I am grouping my date by quarter. I am asking the user to enter what quarter "Q2 2004" my problem is in my report I want it to show up as 2004 2nd Qtr can this be done if so can anybody help me?

I have a Query that groups my dates by quarter. My problem is that in my report that i run from the query it display date as Q2 1999, how can i get it to display 1999 2nd Quarter report

I have to send 3 report to the D.E.P one saying how many gallons of septage one for Holding and one for Grease I have a field for gallons and a field for waist type so when i select grease in the combo it enters "Grease" into the waist type field

I have a Combo Box with one colum that list septage holding & Grease, it enters the selection into the table field Waist type. Now say i want to do is run a reports based on Septage is there a way i can do this sence there is no field named septage
