    Hello again, so mission successfully accomplished! Thanks to your help and advice I managed to reinstall the Execution Environment as you mentioned it and the man pages work just fine. without that hint I probably would have never found the right file and installing everything again is no fun...

    Hello, on our INDY with IRIX 6.2 are the man pages missing. -Where do I find the man database? Internet? IRIX 6.2 Installation CD-ROMS? I try to avoid re-installing 6.2 - Let's assume I have the database, how do I install it? Thank you all very much! rushmore
