I don't have a clue why they restrict us to it. We have issues regarding netscape every day and still they hold on to it. It is incomprehensible, but we are stuck with the whims of IT :-(- currywurry

Fool the proxy server
The company I'm working for uses Netscape Proxy Server. Since a few weeks they have setup a filter to allow only netscape browsers on the net. I know that Proxy Server scans HTTP_USER_AGENT for "MSIE" and then gives the message "Proxy doesn't allow the use of your client...- currywurry
