    Updating Fields in a form when i click on something

    I have a form that has two name fields and a click box, when i enter the first name, i have the option to check the click box and i want the name in the first name feild to be filled in as the name in the 2nd name field as well...how can i do this so it updates right away and changes teh 2nd...
