HTTP 500 - Internal server error

HTTP 500 - Internal server error

Cold Fusion server exists on a web server that has 3 different ip addresses. It works for two of the three sites, but when a cfm file is called on the third site, 'HTTP 500 - Internal server error' occurs. Every other file type is handled normally. Any insight is very much appreciated.

CFHTTP Error - Unable to establish a connection

When an attempt to upload an mdb using CFFILE, this error occurs. However, when a csv is uploaded no error occurs. I understand that it might be a routing/firewall setting. Does anyone know what it might be?
