View Outlook calendar in Project2000
hey... if i m not mistaken...you need to see all the resource calendars. there in MS Project is no way you can insert a calendar but u can modify the existing one. once assigning the resources to the task....you can go to the menu Tools/Change Work Time... then for each resource u can assign...- tanzimshaikh

MS Project schedule in report form
Hi, it is very simple...see try this on the table which you wanna print ..... go the strating edge of the Gantt Chart and drag that out till the end....then click Preview. You wont see bars ne more i hope this is what you wanted.- tanzimshaikh
