I have a BCM 400. All phones have 2 line appearances.
When both lines are in use any incoming call to the DN gets all call can not go through messege.
If I put the FWD on busy to the voicemail, all calls go to voicemail even if the second line is free.

You hit it....Our BCM is not used in any way for networking so the default gateway was not set. The BCM is on the same subnet as myself so I would have never noticed the problem because I could always get to the Unified Manager.
