    depends on the c.o. switch type translations..the dms100 or 5ess can block your cid ougoing calls..if on a pri t1 you can disable your cid ougoing calls in your cpe.. have local boc setup a trace..(possible protocol analyzer to trap outgoing call) and they can see what information you are...
