okay -- i guess i still don't understand though -- i mean, how do people with non-nortel analog voice mail systems connected via VIMs function? I thought the system had to pass DTMF signaling for that.- jlmasterson

I've never tried this but now am being forced to. I'm being forced to tie our existing alert notification system (AlarmPoint by Invoq Systems using Dialogic 4/PCIJCT) through our Norstar system. Now, the system dials 9, grabs a CO line and calls whoever, that person presses digits, no...- jlmasterson
