I am using a 3rd party VM application (Verbatim) I assigned the lines(pool) to a separate group, set the overflows, etc. but when I create a box 148 in VM, outside calls go to that voicemail box, and not the AA. I guess I'm lost as to how the VM system knows...
I have three separate companies running on the same system so I am trying to maximize the pattern of outgoing phone calls so that each individual company's rollover lines don't get full causing outside callers get a busy signal.

I have a Legend 7.0 system with pools 70,890,891,892,893,894 in use. I have 4 trunks in pool 70. When we try and call out and the 4 trunks in pool 70 are busy, instead of getting the next line in pool 890, I get a fast busy. All of the trunks are labeled with the outside phone numbers...
Legend 7.0..I have second operator position, ext 148, which covers to an auto attendant at no answer. I need this user, ext. 148 to have a voicemail box that will trip her message waiting light on extension 148.
If I add a voicemail box for extension 148, then callers go to that voicemail box...
