We needed some new phones. The DT500 series was not available, so we got the DT635 phones.
When we plug them in, they are dead. They are brand new.
Do I need a software update to run these?
The system is running 8.3. The digital cards are running V3.000

I have a client who needs a remote doorphone and I found the Viking E-10-IP sip doorphone but the literature doesn't show that it has been tested with the NSv Connect solution.
Has anyone tried this? Did it work? Is there another option I'm not seeing?

The question is - Will the American version of the KX-T7636 phones work on the Canadian version of the KX-TDE100?
