Problem installing Service Pack 4
Me again ! My colleague here had exactly the same error, but we were not able to troubleshoot her issue using advises from Microsoft :-( Her pc has a lot of softwares installed, it's a french Win2K pro... I will reinstall Win 2K for her because she gets a lot of virus alerts. Cheerio Long- Lapreference

Problem installing Service Pack 4
Hello, please go to www.microsoft.com and search upon "arcsetup.exe"; you will find that this issue may be caused by an old bad install of a patch on localized Win2k machines. Perhaps by reapplying adhoc security patches for your current service pack, you may go through SP4 afterwards...- Lapreference
