A link to the screen shot is attached. The really strange thing is that it references mail.klabin.com which is on the SAN cert. All of the other workstations work fine...it's just the terminal server profiles.https://www.dropbox.com/s/4re8gt3re24y6g6/screen%20shot.rtf?v=0mwng
The other thing I'm noticing is that the message states that the target site name in the message is mail.xxx.com (actual domain name omitted) which is the proper name. When I look at my SAN certificate is lists the primary name as xxx.com but I also have mail.xxx.com listed as one of the names...
Just upgraded from 2003 to 2010 and all client workstations (Outlook 2010) are working fine. However, the Outlook instances on the profiles on our terminal server (server 2003) all throw the same error when we launch Outlook 2010:
"There is a problem with the proxy server's security...
I want to retire one of my Exchange 2003 back end servers but don't know the proper procedure. I know I can't just shut it off but am not sure what steps to take.
Now that I've finally purchased a spam filtering appliance as a front end to my Exchange 2003 I want to block inbound SMTP from all IPs other than the address that my appliance sends from. I've gone into my Default SMTP Virtual Server, Access, Connection, "Select which computers may access this...
We're running Exchange 2003 Enterprise and wanted to increase the size of our user's mailbox limits from 2GB to 3GB. However, we get the error "the value for prohibit send and receive at (KB) is not valid Specify a value from 0 through 2097151". Are our only options that size or to not enforce a...
We are receiving 9667 errors and the recommended fix seems simple enough - create a temporary mailbox store, move all users to temp, delete database on realtime store, recreate then move users back. The problem is that when I try to create a temp store I get the error "this storage group already...
I have several long since deleted internal users (Exchange 2003) who I still get the folowing bounce message for when I send to the distribution list:
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to...
Server 2003 SP2 - I'm having a problem getting a server to boot properly, it just sits at the Microft Windows screen with the scroll bar scrolling forever. I can boot the system into both Safe Mode and Safe Mode With Networking but if I run msconfig (from within Safe Mode) and select Diagnostic...
Server 2003 SP2 - I'm trying to upgrade the mb from an Intel SE7210TP1 to an Intel S3200. The O/S is booting to the same Adaptec RAID 1420SA controller but when I fire it up on the new board the Windows scroll starts streaming at a typical rate for several passes then slows to a crawl (not a...
Somehow our only DC / DNS server has lost all of the info about our domain and it has been replaced by the domain info of our parent company (seperate domain but can be seen by our server via WAN). The DNS object for our domain has a red X next to it and when you click on it the box to the right...
Yes, it's a drive we pulled out of the RAID array of the dead DC last week so we can just put it in and the bax will come back to life. I just wanted to make sure that there were no negative ramnifications from the AD side to bringing back a DC with one week old AD info.
Our company has three DCs (2 in our main office and 1 in via WAN). The hard drive in one of the DCs (main office) died yesterday. We have a copy of that DC from a week ago. If we simply replace the drive will it sync up OK with the two working DCs or can it cause problems with our AD?
My users are complaining that when their PDAs pull mail from the Exchange server via POP it flags the emails as opened in their Outlook client. Is there a way to configure the Exchange server to not flag them as opened?
I'm trying to setup a Exchange 2010 and use NAT on my network. It appears that in 2010 I need two seperate SSL certs, one for the public address and one for the private address. Is this the case?
