Hello pgmrfin, I have the exact same problem on V4R5 also. I tried the QTQRECOV method. I put the system into a restricted state, called QTQRECOV and then IPL'd. It did not work. I'm on PTF cum package SF97450. I'm just wondering if you found a solution yet. I've been working on this problem...
