    Optimizing under allocated resources.

    I have 3 tasks for 1 resource. 40% of his time he's on the first task, 40% on the second task and 30% on the third tasks. The maximum allocation is 80% and the minimum is 70%. How can I make Project level so that it will fill in the missing 20% or 30% ?
