Programming buttons with compound items

Greetings all, I checked the FAQ and searched the newsgroup, but couldn't find anything about this. I suspect the answer is "no way," but thought I'd try. Is there anyway to program a M7310 button with something like: FEATURE 981*1234<password> I have a user who needs to regular check...

All features on a M7310 suddenly "Not Allowed"

It did turn out to be a stuck button, but am utterly baffled as to why that was still a problem when I switched sets. Thanks for the advice, folks.

All features on a M7310 suddenly "Not Allowed"

Unfortunately, I don't believe it's the set. I swapped in a different phone and had the same problem.

All features on a M7310 suddenly "Not Allowed"

Greetings all, A few days ago one of our conference room phones stopped allowing people to use the Handsfree button. I noticed that every button on the set now returns "Feature 987" then "Not Allowed." About the only thing you can do is make and receive calls. Absolutely nothing has changed...

    Hacking attempts on MICS/VMail System

No, they're PRI on our side.

    Hacking attempts on MICS/VMail System

I found the NVM Manager and sure enough, someone was getting into someone's VMail account. Interestingly, I started tracing the other direction too and found out that the "social engineer" called me from an LA telco's line, so it looks like they're jumping through a couple of different systems...

    Hacking attempts on MICS/VMail System

Greetings all, After 5 years of smooth sailing, we've been the targets of someone trying to abuse our system. Someone has been making calls to Saudi Arabia and the Philippines remotely (yes, because of the destinations, I did notify the FBI). To confirm that we're squarely in their sites, I...

    Missing step in line redirection?

Thanks a lot for that explanation. I'm going to give it a go. Thanks again, MB

    Missing step in line redirection?

Yes, I know. Per my earlier posts, that's what I've trying to figure out how to add to the set.

    Missing step in line redirection?

At this point, I know how to do the actual redirection. The problem is that there isn't a dedicated line associated with a button on the set. That's the part I can't figure out.

    Missing step in line redirection?

Oh, I see. Not the internal station to station rule isn't important as we're a small company. It's mainly for client calls. So, with that said, can anyone explain how to program an incoming line onto the B01 button? Thanks, MB

    Missing step in line redirection?

Interesting. Thanks for the approach. I've got to say I'm too timid to much with the routes as I understand so little of them. It's also definitely not the approach our phone admin used. I assume based on the suggestions to use call forwarding, his approach was the oddball one. Here's how I...

    Missing step in line redirection?

The version is SP: 30NcG04 NAT.

    Missing step in line redirection?

Unfortunately, I'm fairly certain our software is version 4.0, but I know this can work since it is with one of the sets. Perhaps I have my terminology wrong, but I'm trying to configure it so that any calls one employee gets on the work telephone(M7310) will be forwarded to their home office...

    Missing step in line redirection?

After further testing, I've pretty much confirmed that I have to have a Line to access to get the Redirection programmed. Can anyone explain the process by which you associate an incoming Line with B01? Thanks again, MB

    Missing step in line redirection?

Greetings all, Disclaimer: I inherited this from a person who left the company. I'm not a phone guy by training. I'm having a devil of a time getting Line Redirection working on a M7310 in the office. I'm trying to get a office handset to automatically redirect all calls to a coworker's home...
