again, try checking the BIOS, make sure the agp slot is set to the proper setting to match your card, ie. agp 2x, 4x or 8x. I had this problem myself.

When I upgraded my mobo I had the same problem with GTA VC. go to the bios and make sure the agp setting is the same as your card ie, agp 4x or 8x etc. That fixed mine. Also make sure the drivers are up to date. let me know how it goes
