jimoblak makes a good point - if these are the "template" variety tear-outs, measure the areas for one and step/repeat for the offset dimensions on the physical sheet - OR and you have MS Word, they have Avery and some other brand set-up guides - write down the measurements and draw the guides...

Make sure you're using the right tag format - no spaces, tabs, etc. - beginning of the paragraphs (@stylesheetname:Text to be used in the paragraph...) and that the file is save as ascii text with the .txt extension. Other than that, give a small sampling and we'll look. Donna
