I have a Cisco 1602 that asked me for a user name every time I telnetted into it and none of my other routers ever did. I would always forget what the username was so I went in and did a "no username" entry and now it will still ask me for a username but the one I have been using does not work...

Whenever I type this command into a Cisco 2501 router it only displays the cache for E0 and it does not show anything for the Serial port. I have checked other routers and they all have entries for the Serial port. Does anyone know what would cause this?
