We have a Xerox Docuprint N17 network printer that reads Tray1 paper jam everytime we send a print job. I have throughly checked this printer and it does not have a paper jam. I have upgraded the firmware on this printer and still nothing. Could this be a hardware issue?

Receive this message on old Unisys system. Have turned lock and unplugged the keylock cable, also reset bios. The system still gives me this message on bootup. Cannot boot to a disk. I also tried different keyboard.
