Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good conference room phone with multiple mic's etc. that works well with an IP Office 408. I would really prefer it worked with a digital port as my analogue ports are full.
Thank you
Issue was an incompatibility in the Netscreen.

Hi
I have a door entry system that requires me to send a DTMF tone during a call. The process is as follows:
Door entry system is analogue port extn.

This call rings a hunt group.

They decided to let the person in so they...
Thank you IPGuru for your response.
Resync I suspect would happen as a matter of course with the 4620.
This issue does seem to be linked directly with the existence of the extension rather than synchronisation. On login (Post initial extension creation) completion the 4620 displays 'No User :B'...

Or is it a case of call the intended recipient and tell them which park to pick up?
I am a Avaya Newbie so please bare with me.
What I am attempting to do is handle multiple held calls with 2030 phones on a IP Office 403 2.0(18).
The actions I wish to perform when a extn has 3 or more held calls are:
1. Pick up a specific held call. Pref using a dss key.
I believe I need to...
