Calls going directly to Gen Del Mail Box
Yes all sets ring. I copied from my extention 233. My extention forwards no answer to 235 which works fine with my prerecorded voice message and every other set gets their own voicemail. I did verify that the auto attdant and the ccr is on. What ext should 221 forward no answer to? Do all...- vpfca

I have a Meridian system with star talk. I just added 6 new 7310s and 4 new lines. I copied existing programming to all phones and now instead of getting our custom message all calls that are not picked up by a human go directly into the general delivery mail box. We are set up on a...- vpfca
