Whenever I run any ePO reports I see multiple entries of every client. Looks like when I imported data from MSDE to SQL 2000, somehow it created 4 entries for each client connected to the ePO. Does anyone know how to clean the tables in SQL 2000 and leave only unique entry from every client...
I uninstalled ePO agent/ Framework service manually :
Frminst.exe /FORCEUNINSTALL
and reinstalled the FramPkg, created from the ePO server. It did the trick.
Try it, should work.
Good Luck !!

Can I use Notes 6.5.1 client on Domino 5 server. Are there any issues with corruption of database designed in Domino 5. I do not design, just access my mail and other database designed on Domino R5.
Thanks
JD
The ePO server need not have the same IP address. All clients connect to the ePO server using the host name 'ePO_<servername>'. You can add a static DNS entry pointing to the new server with the old name.
I am running MSDE 2000 SP3. The ePO is working fine. Checked the logs, policies are being implemented, DAT file are being updated. But I cannot logon to the ePO console on the ePO server or remotely.
I am unable to login to my ePO server... Was able to do so yesterday... How do I reset the password and relogin...Is there any way to do so ??
Running ePO 3.0.2
Any help would be appreciated...
Thanks

How do I force all the clients to update DAT files immediately when ePO 3.0 server downloads latest DATs from McAfee. I have tried Product Deployment Task - doesn't work. I have tried ePO Agent update - doesn't work. I am running ePO 3.0 SP1/ Agent 3.1.2
Thanks in advance
