You can use layers and do it in dreamweaver. on a seperate layer, type in all the links of the sub menu. use show and hide layers behaviour and on mouse over behaviour. this means that when the mouse is rolled over a link...the sub menu (layer) will show. i hope i am clear. try doing this and...
