Hi all - problem resolved. Cause was my own stupidity - two NIC's in the Exchange Server and I'd plugged both the patch cable and router connection into the same NIC. So obvious in hindsight............

I have 4 offices connecting to my NT4 server using VPN. All client pc's use Win98SE and external ISDN TA's. I can multilink the ISDN lines to the ISP but the connection to the NT server is only ever shown as 64k. Is it possible to make the ISP-NT server connection at 128k?
