You might want to check the DHCP settings. It sounds like the clients are not renewing the IP address properly. If you have less then 100 clients you can set it to unlimited.
According to HP/CPQ website, their are drivers available for 2003 for this server. I think it might be a problem with the Array driver that is being loaded by default in W2K3. I have tried a few different drivers during the install process with no such luck. I think I will try to install W2K...
