    Thanks to both of you. I'm bummed that SA (which I thought was going to help me with cost of upgrades) doesnt do very much. I'm going from 6.3 to 8. Seems like prem telephony solutions are going to be very pricey if we have to basically keep rebuying them every couple years :( Cheers!

    Hi, Check the time on the PBX and on the phone, are they correct? If you put a date-time button on the phone and have the user press it will sync up the phone with the PBX time and perhaps that will fix the issue...
