    I generally use 720x480 for video projects, but 800x600 or so should give you pretty good resolution for t.v.

    Maintaining the video look

    You might need to check your input resolution for the clip when you import it to after effects. The compression you used when rendering could also be set to low quality. hope that helps

    having trouble painting out a sleeve

    hi I'm working on this project and i need to paint a hockey stick out from in front of a white jersey. this is giving me headaches and night terrors so any advice would be helful. the problem is that the sleeve looks like it's hopping all around in the play back.
