    MWI Lights not coming on/going off

    Octel Aria 250 We have had a steady flow of users who have reported that their message lights are either not going off even if they have no new message or the light is not coming on with new messages. We have done several refreshes on the MWI ports but the problem still persists. Any Suggestions?
