IE textarea scrollbar not scrolling.

IE textarea scrollbar not scrolling.
If I enter long text into a textarea, clicking on the down arrow skips all the way to the bottom rather than scrolling as you go. This happens for IE 6 but not for NN 7.1. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance, Tabla1- tabla1
