    Paul, I found the cable in a box containing a new Cajun P133. Cuz we bought a bunch at work. I know that's not the answer that you wanted to hear. I'll see if it's got a model number.

    I finally found a cable that works for the Cajun P120 - it's a console cable made by Avaya (it's neither a crossover, rollover, straight or Cisco cable). But the other still unresolved problem is resetting the p120 (thus erasing the old configured settings). FIV doesn't work. Any thoughts?

    I also have a cajun p120, and I too cannot find a console cable that will work. I've tried a cross-over cable, a straight-through, and a roll-over (all with RJ45 to DB9) Anyone have any ideas?
