there was an issue with DTM manufacured between 11/22/2004-1/7/2005. DTM not working, just flashing leds. There was no mention of BCM chassis or sw consideration for this issue.

looks like bwtc outlined the setup pretty good. Why not use T-1 cards in the MICS and set the lines for E&M wink auto ans? You would also need a services card or combo card. You now have the option of using more DS0 chans for voice if you need them.
