    IDE hard drive cache fix

    i put a 40 gig WD drive on the system awhile ago and i think i have been experiencing the cache problem, but i installed the fix from microsoft apparently the cache doesn't always get written to the drive before shutdown the fix is supposed to delay shutdown long enough for the write to happen...
