no more room in /usr
Hi, I am running solaris 8. My /usr partition is almost to capacity. I have another partition, /export, that contains alot of free space. Does anyone know how I can swap partition with /usr and /export partition.- asome

Solaris 8 Installation Failure
I am trying to install Solaris 8 on KMD-K6 200 from the CDROM. I boot from the CD and get this messages before I am prompted to "select a language:" /usr/sbin/sysidnet:fatal:relocation error: file /usr/lib/libgen.so.1:symbol_mutex_look:reference symbol not found After this error...- asome

SCSI CDROM
If there is no CD-disk in the SCSI CD-drive before booting up Windows2K, the SCSI CDROM is not recognize. I tried putting a CD-disk after system enters Windows2K, but it still does not work. The only way the SCSI CDROM is recognize is when I put a CD in the drive before booting up Windows2K...- asome
