DVI Out Scrambled and Weird Looking
I bought a vid card on ebay thinkin it had vga, but it only has DVI, so I bought an adapter (DVI -> VGA), and i stuck it on my mobo, and i turned it on and i get a flashing screen between a bunch of colors (different everytime) I think the card is getting to much/little power, or the adapter...- BobbyG01292

DVI Out not wokring
