    Hi, what about UCASE() or UPPER() (i can't remember the name). If you search for<br> <br> SELECT * FROM Employees WHERE UCASE(Name) = '%MICHAEL%'<br> <br> (Remember that using a % before the search text slows down the search)<br> <br> <br>
