    There used to be a feature on my MICS that allow an external transfer if the the person calling into my voicemail chose the option.     delay when answerin the phone on electra elite system

    I am fairly new to the nec world of phone systems. On our electra elite, when you receive a call 75% of the calls you have to either wait or say hello twice before the other end hears you. Is their anyway to stop this from happening? According to my interconnect this is just how the system is.
