Hi everybody we are still using Crystal Reports 7 16 bit version. We are trying to installed on W2K Pro as well of XP Pro we are getting user32.dll at the beginning of the installation. Is there any work around for this when installing we are login as a memeber of the Admin group for NT domain...

Thanks for you information yes in fact after the maintenance utility aborted with the 132 error I try the rebuild and the rebuild util gave me the same error. I will look on the *.ddf files and see if they are in good shape.

I have a file that is on 6x format and has 1536 page size the file is 4+GB size. When I try to repair the file via Maintenance utility(copy) I received an error Microkernel 132 if I try to rebuild the file to 7x format I received an Microkernel error 132. I have about 12GB of free...
Thanks for the information Mirtheil. Another question is there a way to tell if the rebuild utility is still running and to have an idea how long will take? We are running this from an NT server 4.0.

The file seems to split in two with a ^1 extension is this normal. Are we suppose to merge the files or does the rebuild utility will do it at the end of the utility?

This is what actually cause error 85 in this particular case.
We reinstalled pervasive 7 SP 5 three times and each time when the part of the user license came in, it will specify 10 user license so I was making the assunption that the license...

I have an application that used Pervasive 7 SP5 on a Novell Server 4.11. I have the problem that only one user is able to access the app. The rest is getting error 85. We do not see any record lock but only one user is able to get in.
Clients are using Win98.
