How do you adjust the number of rings for when the voice mail will pick-up. It picks up at about 6 rings and I would like it to pick up busy/no answer calls after 3 rings. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Does anyone know how to allow a DPT to drop calls made by other phones on the system. We have a customer at a hotel that would like to have the ability to drop calls placed by customers if they are on the phone for too long. Any help would be appreciated.
Does anyone know of or have had problems getting a 1232 to talk to a tvp-50 voice mail system. I have read somewhere that the version number of the 1232 has to be 231 or higher. I have ensured that I am using the proper cable and all connections are good. Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
