This might sound stupid but hav eyou checked the drives powercables and ide cables to ensure that they are plugged in? If you can't see the drives in the bios or in the bootup text, then it suggests that they ar enot hooked up.

This agp texture can be enabled through the use of 3rd party applications. it is worth going to this site
http://www.rage3d.com and downloading the rage3d tweak program.
Ensure that you do try to read all of the attached help etc before you begin altering settings.

You need to disable the video card in bios to ensure that the onboard video is not detected. Once this is done the newer radeon will be detected.
