Okay, I set this thing up and all cables are connected correctly. I am receiving garbage on the SMDR Monitor. I am guessing I have a bad RS232 cable or my com settings are off. I need help-Thanks- CUITDept

Hello, I am trying to set a Tapit system up on my Norstar telephone system. The problem, I cannot even get feedback from the hyperterminal.
