UAC prevents explorer.exe from running on startup
After running AVG Tune up (coincidence?) unable to get to Win7 desktop. "Explorer.exe Application Error. Right-click stopped working
Yup. Tried switching buttons and then the left wouldn't show context menu and right was regular click. No luck. Thx- Jaylinnh

Right click context menu functionality completely stopped working. No response at all regardless of what I right-click on.
